Endnote classes

The EndNote program allows you to collect, store and manage your references, and also formats bibliographies and in text citations in your preferred referencing style.

EndNote is especially useful for postgraduate and research students and staff. The Library has now introduced training in EndNote basic which is a simpler, web-based version suitable for undergraduates and VE students.

The Library is currently offering semester one EndNote classes at all campuses. Visit the Library classes web page to browse available sessions and book into a class.

The sessions include:
  • EndNote basic - web-based
  • EndNote Desktop - PC/Windows
  • EndNote Desktop - Mac
  • EndNote "Drop-in" - beyond the basics

All classes are beginner level and provide a hands-on introduction to using EndNote. Those already familiar with EndNote can attend a drop-in session for assistance with specific queries or resolving issues with their EndNote library.

Contact your liaison librarian for an appointment if you are unable to attend a scheduled class.

Visit the Library's EndNote web page to find out more, to download the EndNote software for your own computer, or to consult the EndNote beginners guide.
